âExecution of Training Interventions as assigned by the Performance Leader.
âEffective delivery of training to achieve outcomes as per SLA with CSD teams of SBU Business units.
âFacilitate frontline employees orientation to positively impact Customer Satisfaction
âDelivery of training as per defined quality standards
âAdherence to all processes as applicable to a Trainer & Master coach.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer facing Service team. Previous experience in Training is an accelerator.
