Control & Driving compliances & Escalation
âScrutinizing critical and major orders for booking & execution
âDriving & monitoring of Monthly revenue & Collection
âGeneration of Monthly exception report
âScrutinizing & report checking of correction of major invoices.
âWorking on revenue accruals
âInteraction with ICS team, Sales team, customer and operations
âWorking on bank through documents
âEnsure / Preparing dispatch & other documents as per requirement
âAnalyse old unbilled and put corrective actions
âPrepare MIS
âReconciliations
Desired Candidate Profile
âKnowledge of ERP
âCommercial aspect and execution of project
âKnowledge of Indirect Taxation (Sales Tax, Excise, Service Tax etc)
âSelf motivated, self starter, and results oriented individual.
âProficient in Access, Excel
âComfortable with continuous changes in the work environment. Works well under pressure, with a sense of urgency, and able to meet tight deadlines.
âAdept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously.
âAble to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
âAbility to develop strong partnership/teambuilding relationships with operations staff.
âStrong written and verbal communication skills
âStrong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Demonstrated excellent teamwork qualities in a diverse and demanding environment.
âProactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.
âAbility to learn quickly and improve processes.
