Job Description
a)Co-ordinate for all the Accounts / Finance related functions with All India branches.
b)Handle overall credit control of all the business activities as well as managing the funds and working capital requirements efficiently on all India basis.
c)Look after Tax matters, Tax Audit in co-ordination with all the branches.
d)Lead the team in finalizing Accounts of Shipping division as well as other subsidiary companies of Shipping related activities.
e)Co-ordinate with the Internal / Statutory Auditors and would be the important member in reviewing and implementing the various policies and procedures to improve and strengthen Accounts functions of the Company.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Knowledge of Financial/Management Accounts
2. Knowledge of Principals Accounts/Reporting
3. Exposure to drafting & vetting Commercial Agreements
4. Exposure to Budgeting, Variance Analysis, MIS Reporting
5. Exposure to handling different types of Audits
6. Exposure to Taxation & Statutory compliances
7. Experience in setting Policies & Procedures
8. Exposure to Investments/Projects Analysis
9. Exposure to ERP
