Job Description
Usher all external agencies in the most courteous manner and to guide them to the right person the guest may intend to meet.
While making guests comfortable, she would check with the concerned internal employee and guide him to the person.
This position would control, monitor all the facility management, work of each floor like upkeep and maintain cleanliness.
Position would be responsible for all the employees on the floor with his/her office supplies and stationery.
Would be responsible to insure the office look is maintained for which she would be authorized and supported by each head of department (HOD).
Desired Candidate Profile
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND CO ORDINATION SKILLS.
- MUST HAVE A PLEASING PERSONALITY
- MUST HAVE EPABX SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE
- MUST BE COMPUTER SAVY( MS OFFICE )
- ONLY FEMALES MUST APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
