Job Description
1. Productivity Management - To ensure that there is no stoppage of operations/production due to the IR scenario.
2. Performance Management â To complete the full year performance appraisal and KRA setting processes for all non managerial cadre in the unit
3. Capability Building â To identify, plan, act and execute non managerial cadre in the unit
4. Competency Development at non managerial cadre.
5. HR Operations â
a. Recruitment â To recruit for all non managerial cadre in the unit
b. Compensation and Benefits â Administration of Payroll for all non managerial cadre in the unit
c. Employee Database â Creation, Updation & Management of the Employee Database for all non managerial cadre in the unit
d. HR Reporting Systems â Monthly HR reporting to the Division Office.
6. Employee Relations and Environment Management - To maintain harmonious employee relations, Statutory Compliances and manage the Environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be willing to relocate freely across India.
Should have good plant experience.
Women with MBA-Human Resource & Industrial Relations professional qualifications would be preferred for this position
