Job Description
Assists in conducting formal/informal Training Need Analysis on periodic basis.
Liaise withManagers and Team Leads so as to understand their needs for training and development To ensure that they are fully informed of training and development objectives, purposes, and achievements. Designs, develops and delivers Process Training programs / Soft-skill/ modules / PPTs, Ensuring appropriate customization to meet the needs of the business.
Assists in measuring training effectiveness and takes appropriate action to enhance effectiveness.
Follows up with the respective Units and collects, analyzes Training effectiveness data on monthly basis. Identifying internal training modules for which content needs to be developedDeveloping the content for the identified training modulesKnowledge in Accounts Payable Process will be an asset.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as under supervision or in collaboration with others Familiarity with the global business environment. Must have a passion for extensive reading on all aspects of businesses and must have a penchant for width of knowledge. Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through. Excellent Process Knowledge. Good domain understanding. Good documentation
