 Establish and run the complaint Management system smoothly and follow CAPA (corrective action / prevention action) methodology.
 Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing and customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification : Science graduate preferably B.Sc / M.Sc (with sound
Chemistry knowledge)
Experience : 4 - 5 years in Technical services / QC with min. 1 -2 years of customer interaction experience.
Competencies Required
1. Good Communication
- Verbal
- Written
- Presentation
2. People skills.
3. Prepared to travel extensively.
