Primarily responsible for teaching respective courses,course design/upgradtation, grading assignment, overall student development/mentoring,class performance and results. Other core responsibility would include working closely with Corporates on assignments/projects .
He/she would be accountable to impart quality education & acquistion of requisite skills & knowledge by the students as per the requirement of the industry and WLC College guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
He/should Should be a Post graduate in management with 10 to 12 years of academic/Industry experience with sound knowledge & usage of subject concepts, tools, techniques & methods.
He/she should have good communication( listening & feedback) & excellent facilitation/process skills.Genuinely interested in student learning & development with ability to understand others perspective & encourage debate/ discussions. Highly disciplined & assertive person with willingness to learn .
